By purchasing a spot in our Market, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:  

Eligibility

- Participation is open to businesses registered in Australia and New Zealand only.  

Booking Policy

- All bookings are **final, non-refundable, and non-transferable**. No exceptions will be granted.  

Content Submission Deadline

- All required content must be submitted by the deadline specified for your market

- Failure to meet this deadline may result in the forfeiture of your participation without a refund.  

Marketing & Promotional Requirements

To ensure the success of the market, all participating businesses are required to actively promote the event using the designated marketing materials. The following content must be posted:  

One (1) Promotional Post: Tomorrow Night Is The Night

One (1) Launch Announcement Post

-One (1) Cross-Promotion Post: Featuring **three (3)** other participating brands.  

One (1) Video Reel shared to stories

One (1) Final Call-Last chance to shop:

-All posts and reels must also be shared to Instagram Stories.

Non-compliance with these promotional obligations may affect eligibility for future market events.
